For transit-damage claims, the customer must record a continuous, uninterrupted and unedited/raw video beginning before the package is opened and continuing until the product has been completely unpacked and any damaged portion is clearly exposed.

The package should not be opened before the recording begins.

Edited, cut, stitched, morphed, manipulated or otherwise altered footage may not be accepted for verification of transit damage.

Customers should retain the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.

Where transit damage is successfully verified and the claim is approved, Timeless Artisans will arrange delivery of the same item as a replacement, subject to availability.

Timeless Artisans may request additional photographs, videos, packaging information or other reasonable evidence to assess a damage claim.
